Ram Chandra of Shahjahanpur, also known as Babuji, was a yogi from Uttar Pradesh, India, who developed a method of Raja Yoga meditation called Sahaj Marg or Heartfulness Meditation. He founded the non-profit organization Shri Ram Chandra Mission in 1945, named after his teacher, who was also called Ram Chandra. Ram Chandra was born on 30 April 1899 in Shahjahanpur and worked as a record keeper in the local court for many years before meeting his spiritual teacher in 1922.
